Cycle Breaker

I am the author of the book, Cycle Breaker: A Guide To Transcending Childhood Trauma. This book tells my story of overcoming devastating childhood abuse and imparts wisdom to inspire you to create a life you love if you also grew up feeling unsafe and unworthy. Learning to be empowered is an important aspiration for anyone who was wounded in childhood by parents or others. I fully believe you can have a fulfilling and meaningful life, no matter what you have been through. My mission in life is to guide traumatized people through their cycle breaker journey.

Coach, Speaker, Teacher

I work with clients who desire transcendence of suffering. I support people who want an approach to trauma recovery which addresses the mind, body, and spirit. I have spent nearly 25 years as a therapist, working with people who have experienced complex abuse in childhood. My approach integrates what I have learned from my training and practice of EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, inner-child healing, and more. I am a coach, speaker, and workshop guide for people who are ready to live a vibrant life.

Wife and Mother

I totally adore my family. My daughters are sensitive and smart change makers. I love their courage and compassion. They are young women who also believe in shining a light on injustice, each in their own way. Like many clients I have worked with, the desire to be a loving mother inspired me to transform my woundedness into wholeness. Healing myself was necessary in order to create the joyful, loving, and fun life we now have. My husband is my best friend who has had his work cut out for him as we have been on the cycle breaking journey for nearly 30 years. I’m eternally grateful for his unwavering love and willingness to grow with me.
